Coronaviruses have been posing a serious threat to mammals and birds new class of SARS-CoV is creating havoc the world after its first incidence in Wuhan City China December 2019. These viruses are mainly responsible for causing respiratory tract infections which generally appear initially as common cold can be lethal just like SARS-CoV. The problems seem vary worsen from one person another depending on age, gender, ethnicity, blood groups, host genetics, associated comorbidities. Complications should also arise this virus keeps mutating evolving. This review points out various underlying causes behind severity illness mechanisms with it. will help society understand risks severities COVID-19. Individuals health complexities predispositions listed most vulnerable terms take every possible measure protect themselves getting infected.
